These Terms apply to dpump, an iPhone and iPad workout planning and workout tracking app by Mark Drewry.
Using dpump
By using dpump, you agree to use the app lawfully and only for your own workout planning and tracking. You are responsible for the workouts you choose, the data you enter, and the devices and accounts you use with the app.
Accounts
dpump uses Apple and Google sign-in options backed by Supabase Auth. You are responsible for maintaining access to the account provider you choose. You may delete your dpump account from Settings > Profile > Delete Account.
Workout And Fitness Disclaimer
dpump is a planning and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, personal training, or regulated medical-device functionality. Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or other health concern.
Exercise can involve risk. You are responsible for deciding whether a workout, exercise, weight, run, climb, or schedule change is appropriate for you.
User Content
You may enter workout schedules, exercise definitions, notes, set details, run or climb details, and workout history. You keep responsibility for the content you enter. Do not enter content that you do not have the right to use or that violates the rights of others.
No Paid Features
The current dpump app does not offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid goods, or paid services. If paid features are added later, the terms and purchase disclosures will be updated before those features are offered.
App And Site Content
dpump's app design, website, name, icon, visual assets, and other first-party materials belong to Mark Drewry or dpump unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute dpump except as allowed by law or the applicable app-store terms.
Third-Party Services
dpump uses third-party services including Supabase for authentication and account-scoped sync, Sign in with Apple, and Google Sign-In if enabled in the app. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
Apple App Store
If you download dpump from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard app-store terms and licensed application end user license agreement may also apply to your use of the app.
Availability And Changes
dpump may change, suspend, or stop parts of the app or website. These Terms may also be updated when the app, legal requirements, or publication requirements change. The effective date above shows when this page was last updated.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, dpump is provided as is and without warranties. dpump is not liable for injuries, data loss, indirect damages, or other losses arising from use of the app, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
